You Can Change Your Story

You have a choice every day on how you want to live your life. What type of experiences you want to experience. You can decide whether or not you want to be happy or sad, satisfied or frustrated, relaxed or stressed out.

There are days or maybe for you is everyday,  when you may not believe that you have a choice in the outcomes of your days but you do. We all do. And it starts with your thoughts.

What is a thought?

A thought is an idea, an opinion produced by thinking. A thought is the start of a want and when you put emotion and effort into a thought, that thought will come to pass. ‘As You think, so You become’.

Do your thoughts control your emotions?

Yes, to a very powerful extent. And your emotions control your vibration. And your energetic vibration brings into your experience that which you are thinking about, feeling and is in alignment with your feelings.

So, if you are not happy with your results begin by changing your thoughts. Shifting from a negative to a positive in order to shift your emotions and vibrations to attract the things that you do want to experience and less of the things you do not want to experience.

All physical reality is made up of vibrations of energy and your thoughts are vibrations of energy. This is in fact a a new reality that quantum physics have revealed to us.

How to shift from negative to positive 

Here are a few strategies that you can use to shift your vibration from a negative to a positive:

1- Set an intention for the day by affirming that today is going to be a good day for you. Affirm with conviction!

2- Choose happiness everyday. Understanding that how you feel is what is important.

3- Avoid negative talk.

4- Let go of the past



5- Think of a pleasant thought and experience you had whenever you are entertaining a thought that is not serving you

6- Do not go to sleep upset

7- Say positive affirmations

8- Take time to breathe

9- Go for a nature walk

10- Engage in an activity that is pleasing to you

There are many other things that you can do to shift your thoughts and vibrations  but the most important thing is to recognize when you are allowing poor thoughts that do not serve you, to enter your mind.
