How To Use Yoga To Improve Your Concentration

In the beginning, you should be able to focus for up to 10 minutes. Gradually increase this time as you develop your concentration powers.

Some other great poses that help improve concentration are Vrikshasana, Virabhadrasana and Shavasana. However, these poses are a little more advanced and should be practiced only when you become more flexible and develop stronger core muscles.
