It also helps in firming the lips by soothing the fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth. To perform this facial yoga pose, you need to lift the chin up. Push the lips forward into an extreme pout while taking a deep breath through the nose. Hold the pose as long as breathing continues. Then exhale through the mouth while maintaining the same position. Repeat this exercise for 5-6 times for better results.



2. To Reduce Eye Wrinkles – This exercise helps in reducing wrinkles and fine lines around the eye area by working the muscles in your forehead and around the eyes. It also helps in reducing the stress and tension from the entire face. To start with the pose, you need to open your eyes as wide as possible without moving your eyebrows because that will cause your forehead to wrinkle. Hold the position of the face while inhaling and exhaling deeply for 10-12 breaths. To make the pose deeper and effective, you can also tighten your lips while stretching your whole face outwards. Practice this facial yoga daily to see its effective results around your eye area.

3. Meditation – Wrinkles and fine lines also occur due to excessive stress and tension, which the facial muscle contains. Daily practice of meditation can help you relieve stress, tension, and anxiety, which will itself relax the face muscles. Meditation involves deep breathing, which helps increase blood flow by oxygenating the blood cells while removing all the toxins from the body. Breathing is also one of the best ways to get rid of wrinkles as it will make you control your stress level, which will lead to younger and beautiful looking skin.
