✦ The cosmic signature of the week is creative reconstruction.
✦ The challenge this week is running away from the moment.
✦ The hack of the week is your vow to the spiritual.
This week marks the beginning of a process of solace and compassion. It’s like a spiritual rain of washing away our pain and hurt, keeping us from living in the present with awareness and joy.
We can exist in this world, in this galaxy, and carry a lot of pain, hurt or shame. But that’s not who we are. It’s now the time to allow these false renderings to wash away. This could mean that things are a bit haywire. If you think of a program, or a building for that matter, built with a rotten or weak foundation, you can imagine what happens when things release. Or, when you dust, sometimes it gets all over the place before it disappears. It’s a process we need to mindful of: sometimes things messy before they get better.
Now…..the opportunity we have this week, as we wash aware the bad memories and experiences, is to increase our awareness about the spiritual energy within everything we are doing. So as you are commuting to work or on your break, or laying down, scrolling or having intense meetings, become aware of the spiritual energy flowing through the other, the environment and through you. This is important in everything you do.
One of the most important things I have learned in this life is how to be present – which is saying a lot in this distracting world. I In my healing sessions and classes, presence is something I attempt to encourage others to have and step into. Through neurological healing sessions, it’s the first thing I take care of in a balancing and even in readings. Being present isn’t easy because we like to be distracted or spaced out, but presence is the most important thing we can be.
When we are present and aware, we see the value and thereby the spiritual energy within anything. This week, as we strive for “things” we need to keep in mind that we are gifted to experience the physical expression of God’s light in this material world, but we forget about the Divine within the material and thereby lose the value. So we need to remember and be present with the fact that there is Divine within the material and that we are unique in that we can experience both.
Through gratitude and an attitude of presence, everything we do can be holy, filled with light and magical. Everything around you can become blessed – your home, your work and the people in it. This is the final week of Leo Season, so we want to work as much as we can before we enter Virgo Season next week. I will be hosting a Virgo Class here explaining how we can optimize the precious 30 day period before the Autumn Equinox (the reboot of the year).
