There are no stronger emotions than gratitude to amp up your vibration quickly. You can try it right now. Just pause and look around; you will find something you are thankful for in this movement. You can always be glad about something in your life, no matter how low you feel. During shamanic sound healing, I ask people to focus on positivity in their life. You must have heard the saying, “what you think about, you become.” It’s true; you think it creates your future, and if your thoughts are pessimists or you are overly anxious most of the time, it generates negativity.
