Walking At Least 5 Miles A Day Is Super Important For Great Health

Here is another simple way to have great health… that most people can do to take control of their health. I walk 7 to 8 miles daily… it’s good for the back, it’s good for our mood, it’s good for our heart, good for our lymphatic system, and it also keeps away disease in general, and it keeps us healthy and looking great. Along with my diet and my exercises program, anyone can take control of their health and feel great and be extremely healthy like me. — I Promise! – See Video Link — Remember to talk with your doctor before you start walking for long periods of time.

I walk 7 or 8 miles a day… but that will take time for you… work up to it.

My process is 80% diet and 20% exercise.

Now I am 65 and I don’t have any aches or pains, I don’t take any medications and I feel like I am 20 years old— REALLY!
