I’m Vironika Tugaleva, And This Is My Dharma

Location:

None. I’m currently location-independent. My partner and I sold all our things to travel the world at the end of 2014.

Bio:

Vironika Tugaleva is an inspirational speaker, life coach, founder of The Real Us, and author of the award-winning book The Love Mindset

Having pulled herself out of the clutches of mental distress and profound suffering, Vironika strongly believes in the power, as well as the responsibility, within each person to do what she has done – to heal themselves and go on to heal the world.

Vironika believes that, deep within, we all have the antidote to our own suffering and the key to the door of our own happiness. She believes in being a guide, not a guru.

She helps people become the experts on themselves.

Your Personal or Professional Goals:

I have learned that the most valuable goals are not outcomes, but processes. I am dedicated to my ongoing physical, mental, and emotional health.

I am dedicated to growing rich, fulfilling relationships with my family, my partner, my clients, and my communities. I am committed to learning each day, creating through every bit of inspiration, fostering inner peace, and making the most out of each day and reach moment. I am profoundly committed to being authentic, vulnerable, and courageous.

I am committed to exploring more of our beautiful planet and leaving a positive footprint on it after I’m gone.

These are my most important goals and I try to live a life where I meet them every single day. In terms of my bucket list, it’s pretty long, but I am working to run a half marathon, release a book of my poems, go skydiving, and open a non-profit.

What’s your offering to the world:

To be the light in others’ lives that I wish I had in my times of darkness. To inspire others to be that light as well.

Who/What Inspires You:

I get inspired by my clients and my communities. There’s nothing more thrilling for me than being 100% vulnerable and curiously exploring, with a person or group of people, the uncharted paths of our inner wilderness. It creates such an incredible energy which keeps me soaring for hours, days even, afterward.

I am inspired by my partner, with whom I can explore the depth of the human condition, not just theoretically through philosophical debates (although those are awesome), but also experientially through working to develop ourselves and to grow together.

I am also inspired by nature. I love the beauty of the Earth, and each part has its own unique effect on me. From all the places I’ve seen so far, I’ve been most inspired by the Rocky Mountains and the Costa Rican jungle.

Strangely enough, I get inspired by being uncomfortable or emotionally triggered as well. If I find myself in a situation that is difficult (as I often do), I work through it, and my lessons in that situation become the fuel for a blog post, a chapter, or a video. In a way, I love obstacles and conflicts, because they give me great fuel for my work.

Mission:

To help people cultivate self-love, heal mental and emotional suffering, develop healthy self-care habits, build deeper relationships with others, and unleash their inner potential to change the world.

Favorite Quote:

This changes for me all the time. Right now, I’m in love with this one…

“You’ve no idea how hard I’ve looked for a gift to bring You. Nothing seemed right. What’s the point of bringing gold to the gold mine, or water to the Ocean. Everything I came up with was like taking spices to the Orient. It’s no good giving my heart and my soul because you already have these. So I’ve brought you a mirror. Look at yourself and remember me.” ~Rumi

Any other relevant information you think our readers would love about you! Goals are especially popular and it helps our followers to really reach for something more and improve themselves hearing about inspirational people:

I think the most important thing for anyone to realize is that life is a journey of self-discovery, and no one can sell you a user’s manual for it. You have to write your own. You have to get out there and explore. Commit to understanding yourself, knowing yourself, learning about yourself. Become the expert on your own self. That, in my experience, is the key to a happy life.

Also, I’m currently facilitating something called the 12 Days of ReKINDling challenge, which is a free worldwide event set on helping people spark kindness and ignite compassion with other human beings.
