Welcome to a yoga class for when you’re feeling lazy – for days when you don’t feel like doing yoga!

We all have those days where we feel that we just don’t have the motivation for yoga. If you’re having one of those days, I invite you to just stand on your mat, close your eyes, and take three deep breaths.

Sometimes just placing my feet on my mat is the nudge I need to practice.

If you’re feeling a bit sluggish today, or like you just don’t feel like doing yoga, I invite you to step on your mate and see what happens. If you discover that you’d like to move a bit, hit play!
