This yoga for thoracic mobility class is a 10 minute gentle flow to bring movement back to the thoracic spine, our middle back. This may even offer some relief to those of you who suffer from neck and shoulder or lower back pain and discomfort. Our thoracic spine often becomes stiff due to lack of movement.
