Use this quick full body yoga stretch to reach your flexibility goals. If you are short on time…this is the yoga class for you! Great for either a morning yoga stretch to loosen up stiff muscles or even an evening yoga class to begin to unwind from work.
This flexibility practice is all levels friendly, beginner yogis welcome. 😊
