A short guided step-by-step tutorial for Side Plank position (Vasisthasana).

This is very strong on wrists so please do not attempt if you have any wrist injuries or ailments. Take the options and work gradually towards looking up to your top hand. Beginners should start first on the forearm rather than the hand.
