Do you love practicing yoga outdoors? It is one of my favourite ways to practice and immerse in the natural environment that surrounds us. The sounds of nature, fresh air and warm sunlight can assist in preparing our body and mind as we transition into a state of calm and peace.

Join Tehla for a 30 minute guided yoga and meditation session outdoors as we limber up our upper body with a combination of yoga flow movements, spinal movements and traditional standing postures such as Virabhadrasana II (Warrior II) and Trikonasana (Triangle pose). We follow with a super chilled floor sequence incorporating moving meditation and breathwork.

Suitable for all levels.
