21 June 2022 marks the 8th consecutive UN International Yoga Day worldwide and is celebrated in over 170 countries and by millions of people across the globe. This year the theme is ‘yoga for humanity’, reflecting on the impact of the pandemic on mental health and the importance of yoga methods and practice over this challenging time.
