Meditation For Transition: A Solstice Offering
Usher in a new, more abundant way of thinking during times of transition and transformation. There are windows of opportunity in our lives where we can change our course by first changing our mindset. This meditation is for letting go of what no longer serves us and welcoming in elevation. It is best done lying down or in a comfortable position. It may be practiced before bed or at any time you have to fully dedicate 12 minutes to honor your journey and move forward.
