Loving Kindness Guided Meditation

When we step into someone else’s shoes, and realize that everyone has a story; we can either add to their misery or open our hearts, and be gentle towards them. ♥
Now more than ever, is the time for us to be kind and compassionate towards each other – not just the people we know but to strangers and even more importantly, the people that trigger us or upset us; people who may have been mean to us or vice versa. Trauma may prevent us from extending compassion in person; so an alternative is the Metta Meditation of loving-kindness.
