Today we have a gentle slow yoga practice for you to allow more ease into your body. This practice is great if you want to bring some easy stretches and balance its your daily routine. This practice is also very good for seniors and anybody with knee issues. You can do this whole practice in the chair if you want or parsley in the chair and some on the floor.
Have 1-2 blankets, a bolster or pillow ready for this practice.
