An enlightening experience as we practice yoga blindfolded. 80% of our sensorial energy goes out through our eyes. When we are blindfolded, our other senses awaken. We limit comparison to others, our ego takes a backseat, and we relax, laugh, and release expectations. We learn to trust our intuition, and divine inner vision and wisdom. ❤️
