Beginner Yoga For Digestion (Yoga For Gut Health)
Use this 10 minute beginner yoga stretch to help with bloating and digestion. When you overeat and just feel a little too heavy, this yoga class is going to be the practice for you! We’ll be focusing on poses revolved around yoga for gut health…to assist the body in feeling better (especially for when you may bloat, have any trapped gas, constipation, or help with general digestion).
