Breathe in the morning air as you gently lengthen your legs and upper body!
Join Tehla for a 10 minute outdoor leg lengthening and strengthening session – with her bird friends singing in the background! Be gentle with yourself and lean into these positions with curiosity and a duty of care to your own body. Do NOT attempt any positions that cause pain or discomfort – the aim is to feel ‘length’ not ‘stretch’. Optional props for beginners – a chair or block. Enjoy🙏🏾🙏✨
