Hi yogis, I’m excited to share with you this very simple yet very effective 10 minute guided meditation for self love and self worthiness.
This meditation is simple and great for beginners. You can do it seated or lying down, ideally at the beginning of your day or before going to bed at night.

We’ll practice focusing our mind on a mantra. The mantra becomes a great tool to turn your awareness to when your mind wanders and to allow your mind to explore the depths and emotions surrounding that idea at the same time. “I am doing enough. I have enough. I am enough”.
