This Manifestation Technique Can Help You Make Your Visions Into Reality



Each one of us carries a desire within us that ignites our soul with passion and eyes with longingness. These desires give meaning to our life. These are our passion, our purpose of living.

Let’s be honest, the world has provided us with sufficient information, claims, and “miracle methods” to manifest these visions. Yet the logic fails and our hard work fails to present results.

The simple manifestation tool of “Positive Affirmation” comes to our rescue . You might have heard of it, read about it, and tried-and-eventually dismissed it. I am guilty of the same.

However, the power of positive affirmations is real. These affirmations are the beliefs that bridge the gap between your vision and ultimate manifestation.

What are Positive Affirmations?

Vision + Belief + Action = Manifestation

Positive affirmations are the statements you speak to yourself to change your unhealthy emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Most of our beliefs stem from the people we are surrounded with, our family, friends, and personal experiences. Any negative event or a toxic person can harm your healthy growth and restructure your perception. Affirmations helps you identify and heal these maladaptive perceptions. They are the “Belief” aspect of the equation.



Positive Affirmations and Spirituality

Positive Affirmations transform your negative beliefs into positive at the subconscious level, therefore increasing your vibrational frequency. What “Law of Attraction” and “Law of Vibration” postulates can be achieved via affirmations. “Like attracts like”, and “the higher your vibrations, the better you will attract”.

How to use Positive Affirmations?

Affirmation statements are formed in the first person “I”, and present tense “can/ am”.  For example, “I am loved”, “I can achieve my goals.”, “I love and respect my body.” etc.

You can either find the affirmations of your choice on the internet, ask for help from a loved one or you can form your own affirmations (recommended). I would suggest you form statements using the words that provoke an emotional response within you. Since the effectiveness of affirmations works on your faith, the more you can connect with the words, the more successful affirmations will be.

Remember to write your affirmations down where you can access them easily instead of remembering them. Repeat them as many times as day, like a mantra. You can either say them out loud or have an inner narration.

Positive Affirmations are personal and emotional in nature, and there is no right or wrong way of doing it.

Positive Affirmations when used sincerely can transform you from within.
