A brilliant union of light.

Hi Stargazers!

Astrologically speaking, the sun and the moon are massively responsible for our experience on earth as well as our intentions and manifestations. On the full moon of Leo, both the sun and the moon are supercharged to the same level.

Leo is ruled by the sun, and the full moon is able to receive all the light it can, without any blur, more than any other time of year. This makes for a brilliant union of light. This intimate occurrence of the two great luminaries of our solar system grants us the ability to connect to our soulmate. I put so much emphasis on the two luminaries that I even created a powerful workbook for it to track your intentions and manifestations.

Contrary to pop-astrology, the sun is the female aspect of our solar system, where the moon is the male. You wouldn’t believe the chaos and the confusion between the two charges of the great luminaries can bring within relationships! The sun provides energy, and everything is created by the power of the sun (just like female energy). The moon is to receive this energy as it waxes and wanes around the globe.

When we re-wire our misunderstanding of the solar and lunar charges, life flows and our connections get stronger. Take prayer for example: when we pray to the universe, we are praying to connect to the blessings and miracles the universe has in store for each and every one of us. When we pray, we go “online” and the prayer is instantly heard (maybe not granted, but heard). This “going online” allows us to connect to the divine feminine, as represented by the sun. We don’t pray to the sun, nor the moon, we work with their positions within the astrological system to see how and when we can connect to God and the universe.

Prayer and connection is all about timing. As an example, take grocery shopping. We all know it’s better to go shopping after we’ve eaten. Otherwise, not even Costco would be able to offer enough Pepperidge Farm Goldfish Crackers. When we shop when we’re full, we aren’t shopping from a state of lack. In the same way, when we pray, this connection eliminates the lack and we are filled with the light of the universe which entirely changes the way we interact with the people around us. We’re more generous with our energy, time, and selves.

Here’s a Zodiac Hack: when we connect first thing in the morning when the sun rises even, we go online, we’re fulfilled and the rest of the light available in that day isn’t greedily sought after. I will expand upon this in the soulmate workshop. Anyway, as the sun and moon unite, we are asked to do the same and thereby attract, or enhance the connections within the people in our reality.

Like the sun, we need to become unconditional and endless. The moon has cycles, but the sun is consistent and unending and the two balance it all out. We are asked to pray for this dynamic union, and the only question that remains is how are we to “go online” and connect, which I will talk about in the full moon of soulmates workshop.

What does the full moon mean?

There is a reason why many people feel out of balance during the full moon: It is a time of great transformative energy, and most people are not equipped to handle it. That is why I offer the Full Moon Online Workshops, so that you may safely access this power to dismantle your challenges and activate your strengths and virtues. Although every full moon amplifies the power to melt down obstacles, each lunar event has a unique planetary configuration and thus unique transformative qualities.

The question of this quest

With Zodiac Hacks astrology, the full moon is a time of reflection, when each of the archetypes asks us a specific question to assist us on our quest. In order to see which obstacles we need to remove, each full moon poses a unique question for reflection, as the sun and moon are in opposition – reflecting back to each other the light of Truth. As this opposition occurs, a 48-hour space is rendered do us to operate within. This space is made of stardust atoms that interact with your being on all levels.

In this particular cycle, we can access the best of us beyond any quality of duality, by asking ourselves the following question:

Which emotions are my main contributions to the collective?

For those of you working on your own, contemplate the above question during the full moon window and write down any insights that may come so that you can have a greater idea of what to work on. There is a lot of power and light to be had with this full moon, depending on where it’s happening in your chart.
