Looking back over 2020 hardly seems divine for most, but you, like any seed, are living your divine purpose.
How do you, as a human being, manage to discover this through worldly means?
Everywhere you turn, you see someone telling you that you need to hustle, you need to grind.
You need to put in the work.
You need to become laser-focused.
You’re like, shit, what I need to do is relax a little.
Take in the view.
Enjoy life, and find my path, because you can see all of those who are out there hustling and grinding are doing just that with their lives, and to top it all off, they are doing it with a fanaticism that is sadly eating away at their being.
They have a heroic sense of being, believing that they need to do it all alone and that any glory that does come with the painful price they are paying is theirs alone.
Is that the life you want to live?
Is that even living?
There are plenty of people out there who believe that this is the truth of it all, and I am sure that you can do it this way; again, what is the quality of life at this point, and is this a life that you are willing to chase?
How would you feel if you knew that you had an understanding with the Universe?
With divine source?
What if you were able to confirm that the same type of realization that Steve Jobs discovered was available to you?
Like most of you, I have a habit of watching too much TV; however, I can often find something that I feel would help me sustain my connection to the divine.
The easiest way I have found to do that is to subscribe to Gaia from time to time, and it was during the most recent subscription that I stumbled upon Awake The Life Of Yogananda. While the story of Yogananda is terrific… one of the most impactful takeaways from the movie was about Steve Jobs and his connection to the book.
There isn’t anyone that I know who could come away and say that Steve Jobs wasn’t a visionary.
I believe that you can be a visionary.
To become a visionary, though, you need to connect to something WITHIN yourself.
So how did Steve Jobs convey that to those who were close to him?
In planning his memorial service, Steve, the ever meticulous planner, gave all in attendance a farewell gift, that gift, placed in a brown box containing the book Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda.
According to those who knew him, like Mark Benioff, Steve was ” a very spiritual person,” who “had this incredible realization–that his intuition was his greatest gift and he needed to look at the world from the inside out.”
How was this CEO/Visionary also so connected to his spirituality… his divinity?
Was this his very secret?
Imagine for a moment that your mind is indeed connected to the infinite, to divinity, to source energy or as Hindus call it, Prana.
Prana is physical, mental, and spiritual energy in Hinduism.
Could a line be drawn to the Father, the Son, and the holy spirit, perhaps substance, essence, or even nature?
By making a conscious choice to understand even one of these concepts and committing to implementing them into your daily life, would this be within the confines of your mind, that which is capable of the infinite?
Just imagine where you could find yourself!
Would this mindset afford you to come up through any sort of grinder or grinding, such as 2020, and allow you to find grace and follow along in your purpose so that you have the impact you were born to have?
I wonder, with this type of connection, would anything continue to be a grind?
Would you be required to hustle?
With the simple choice to leave behind a book in his passing, Steve Jobs, as a visionary, was able to influence the choices that others are making today.
The choice you make in seizing the courage to accept your divinity, to have a vision, and act on your intuition, may have the same impact on others.
