Here are three super important life-changing phrases to say to yourself every single day. These phrases are very important. In fact, I can’t emphasize enough how important they really are. Doing this process will definitely change your life.

“I Forgive Everyone”
The first phrase is very important. If we don’t forgive, we will always carry around a heavy burden and thus we are never free. Say this out loud to yourself multiple times while looking in the mirror. And say it with feeling, as saying it mechanically means nothing. It’s the feeling that counts.
“I Am Forgiven”
And if we feel we are not forgiven then we will create havoc in our life. It’s important to impress upon our unconscious mind that we are forgiven and thus we can move forward and thrive. Say this out loud to yourself multiple times while looking in the mirror. Sometimes a person might start to cry, or laugh, or have some other emotion while saying these phrases and that’s okay. Sooner or later it will become natural. Just keep it up and allow God to take over.
“I Forgive Myself”
This is the most important phrase of all. If we don’t forgive ourselves, then our whole life will be sabotaged by our unconscious mind trying to tear down our life. I’ve had many people sit in my office and say straight out that they could not forgive themselves and consequently their life has been stagnant or terrible. Really, I have seen this a thousand times before. Forgiving ourselves is of utmost importance. And thus it’s important that we impress that forgiveness upon our unconscious mind, thus we thrive and enjoy life, and have great peace and happiness.
