Safety & Awareness For COVID-19 Virus
Today I woke up and a saw a few messages on my phone with news updates on COVID-19 virus. I am a very positive person and I choose my thoughts carefully. I believe that in order to stay healthy you must first maintain a strong healthy mindset that focuses on health and wellbeing all the time. Of course being aware and taking precautions with what we are experiencing right now is key to staying safe but not allowing this horrible reality at the present moment to distract me from what my predominate thoughts must be it is essential to me. I believe in the power of thought and that I must stay focused on the positive outcome I want for myself and for you.
I was very grateful today as I received an audio that came from a good source with some updates and ways to stay safe and healthy to avoid catching this horrible virus that is affecting so many in our communities. My healing and positive thoughts and prayer goes out to all the medical care staff, patients that are fighting this and family members, as well as workers that are still showing up to work to serve us.
I am sharing the following news & tips with you and I ask that you share these with yours.
** The Chinese now understand the behaviour of the virus thanks to all of the autopsy’s that they have carried out. This virus is characterized by abstracting the respiratory pathways with thick mucus that solidifies and blocks the airways and lungs.
So they have discovered that in order to be able to apply a medicine you have to open and unblock these airways so that the treatment can be used and take effect. However all of this takes a number of days. To safeguard yourself they recommend these:
1– drink hot liquids such as soups, tea, coffee & take a sip of warm water every 20 minutes
2- gargle with vinegar, salt or lemon- daily
3- The virus attaches to hair and clothes so wash everything with any detergent and shower every time you come in from being outside! As you come in don’t sit anywhere in the house go straight to the shower. If you cannot do laundry daily then you can lay your clothes out in direct sunlight as this neutralizes the virus
4– don’t touch any doorhandles or stairways and disinfect frequently the ones at your house also- This virus attaches to metallic surfaces and stays liable for 9 days so clean any metallic surfaces ver well!
5– don’t smoke
6- wash your hands with any soap that foams for 20 seconds
7- eat fruits and vegetables
8- animals do not spread the virus this is a person to person
9– avoid getting the common flu and avoid drinking or eating cold things
10– if you feel a sore throat coming attack it right away by following the steps above the virus will enter your throat first and give you a sore throat for four days before it enters your lungs.
Please share this with yours. And stay safe!
