I’m Rachael Taylor, And This Is My Dharma
I’m a coach, teacher, Pilates instructor and eternal optimist dedicated to helping you make healthy eating easy, convenient and above all sustainable. I was born and raised in Los Angeles and currently live across from the ocean (proving that dreams do come true!). I have a life-long passion for horses, reading, outdoors, animals, writing novels and spend most of my days helping people get healthier by empowering their actions and building online programs that give them access to the tools they need to build the healthy lifestyle that they crave.

Personal or Professional Goals:
I created my health and wellness company, Healthy Introvert with the sole purpose of helping people not settle for bad health, an unhappy life or restrictive limitations. Because your health and how you feel is 80% food, what you put in your body is incredibly powerful.
After my own personal transformation with the healing powers of food (no more chronic pain or medication), I’m incredibly passionate about being accessible to everyone that wants to work with me. That’s why I’m creating and launching an online group coaching program by the end of 2018 that will help build a community around embracing healthy living. I’m also very excited about writing my first book! It’s centered around my own challenges with chronic illness and how food, emotional healing and mindfulness removed my pain, gave me my life back and got me off medication.
As a multi-passionate business owner, it can be easy to get caught up in doing too much and not take time for myself. That’s why 2018 not only marks the year of growth for my business and the ways clients can work with me, but also reflects my spiritual growth with God and setting healthy boundaries around self-care and self-love.
What’s Your Offering to the World?
I work with busy professionals who want to build better eating habits so they can advance in their career or business without burning out, gaining weight or emotional eating. So much of our relationship to food and the choices we make are based off of stress. I help my clients manage their stress on a daily basis, connect them to making choices that are aligned with what their body needs and fit healthy choices into their busy schedules.
I’m here as a resource for any part of someone’s health journey. Whether they’re learning essential nutrition or removing negative emotions and sabotage, I’m here for their journey and to show them how easy it can be to live their healthiest self.
Who/What Inspires You?
I’m inspired by watching men and women all over the world raise their voice and work to educate others on what healthy living truly means. I’m also inspired by my client’s dedication and determination to stick with what they’re learning and the changes they’re making. To watch them build their ideal healthy self is a beautiful, inspiring thing to see.
My mission is to trust in God’s plan and His good and prosperous plans for me and courageously build a company that does amazing good in the world, changing lives for the better and empowering them to do the same for the people in their life.
“‘For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, ‘Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future.'” Jeremiah 29:11
I love setting goals! I’m going to tell you about a “right now” goal and a long-term goal. My “right now” goal is to incorporate more varieties of movement and to improve my skill level in the movement I’m currently doing. So far this year I’ve added running, yoga and biking to Pilates and walking. I’m looking forward to summer when I can add in paddleboarding, swimming and kayaking but I want to explore so many others like light weight lifting, HIIT training, boxing, rowing, barre and TRX – I want to be able to jump into any fitness class!
My long-term goal is to generate enough revenue in my company to partner with Mercy Multiplied and expand into Los Angeles. Mercy Multiplied is a nonprofit Christian organization dedicated to helping young women break free from life-controlling behaviors and situations, including eating disorders, self-harm, drug and alcohol addictions, unplanned pregnancy, depression, sexual abuse, and sex trafficking.
Their organization has always held a special place in my heart and I consistenly donate what I can in order to help. My dream is to be able to bring this help to Los Angeles and other cities worldwide.
