How Gratitude Can Manifest The Life You’ve Always Wanted
Gratitude is not only good for the soul but it has many wonderful benefits for wellbeing, such as keeping a positive mindset and attitude throughout your day and even manifesting your desires in life.
Gratitude is a daily practice. It’s a way of life, as I always say. A few years ago I was introduced to this beautiful practice by my mentor Bob Proctor, and once I started and made it a daily habit, things began to shift for me in wonderful ways. I realized that my whole life, the times that I gave thanks to God for things, I was doing it backward! And so, many times my prayers we are not answered.
So here I’m going to share with you how I learned to be grateful every day and how I manifested and created a life I am in love with.

First step to gratitude
Have a notepad to write down your gratitude every day. The best time to do this is when you wake up each morning and before you fall asleep at night. Write down ten things that you feel grateful for, and people you are grateful to have in your life. As an example to get you started, I always write down and feel very grateful for my healthy body and mind, my hot cup of coffee every morning, my comfortable bed, my house, my vehicle, my family, friends, and my pet, etc…these are things I am very happy to have in my life and expressing gratitude for them makes the experience much better and brings good things into my life.
The key here is to feel this gratitude and NOT to write this list down as if it is a shopping list. Feeling is the secret ingredient. Connect to your gratitude, do not rush this process. By connecting emotionally with this, you are shifting your vibrational energy to positivity and by doing so you are attracting good things to come your way.
Second step to gratitude
Sit quietly for a few minutes and ask for angelic guidance for the day. See what comes through for you in the form of a thought or intuition. Write that down as well if you wish. It is in the quiet moments with ourselves, when we allow our minds to take a break from mental chatter, that we are open to receiving the messages from up above and your higher self.
Third step to gratitude
Send love to the people that are bothering you. Those whom you are not getting along with. Those who have hurt you, used you, disrespected you. Any person that is a challenge for you. Send them love and forgive them.
By doing this you are disconnecting from a negative vibe. Negative thoughts and feelings that only put you in a low vibration, causing you to stay in a prison of hurt and frustration of your own making. By forgiving and sending love you are freeing yourself! And as you do, you begin to shift to a positive outlook and bring yourself to a higher vibration where you connect to Divine Source, God. You will soon begin trusting that all is well and God takes care of you. God is love and love is YOU.
In love, there is no space for sadness, upset or resentment. Only beauty and happiness, which is what you should always see and feel within yourself and others. This can be one of the most difficult things you might ever do but it is so rewarding. Choose happiness and love as a way of living your life and you will experience health, love, and abundance. You will learn how to respond instead of reacting, staying in control of your actions.
