May Full Moon / Buddha’s Enlightenment / Flower Moon
“When we align with the certainty of the divine, we see clearly and can shift reality, often even in the blink of an eye.”
There is only one way to use any of the tools gained within spirituality……with certainty. Without 100% certainty, everything we have learned, know or use will be absolutely ineffective.
Take this Full Moon in Scorpio, the same Full Moon Siddharta used to become The Buddha. What does this mean for us? And how can we be certain about what it offers us?
The Full Moon in Scorpio indicates a cosmic window in time when we will all be offered a chance to become enlightened about something in our lives.
It is arrogant and borderline delusional to make any claims about becoming enlightened like The Buddha, but we can become enlightened about situations. This would be akin to becoming 100% certain.
Any area of our life where we experience uncertainty is inviting the power of this Full Moon. Certainty is the key ingredient to spirituality, success, happiness, evolution, or even failure (if we are certain that we will fail, we most certainly will). So while we cannot necessarily attain enlightenment with this Full Moon, we can achieve some certainty.
Why is this so? Well, in order for us to become enlightened, we needed to have relinquished a lot of attachments to the ego. Even if this were accomplished, the next step is to become liberated from the world of illusion. It is only from this place that we can transcend the various levels of mind and then either choose total enlightenment or not.
Siddartha used cycles of the Moon that indicated the best conditions to become enlightened, and we can use the Full Moon in Scorpio to align with certainty. Wherever this Full Moon is occurring within your astrological chart will determine where you need more certainty. It’s advisable to get a copy of your chart or – better yet – work with the Moon Meditation Workbook.
This Full Moon is also known as the Flower Moon, and as with every Full Moon it’s important and vital that we address any obstacles that may have arisen since the New Moon in Taurus a couple weeks ago. There is even a connection to the New Moon in Scorpio from October 2019 allowing us to meltdown obstacles that may have arisen from all the way back then.
What does the full moon mean?
There is a reason why many people feel out of balance during a Full Moon: It is a time of great transformative energy, and most people are not equipped to handle it. This is why I offer my Full Moon Virtual Rituals, so that anyone may safely access this lunar power to dismantle challenges and activate strengths and virtues associated with the archetype in focus. In these Virtual Rituals, I give a teaching, a workshop, and guide us through a powerful meditation.
Although every Full Moon amplifies the power to melt down obstacles, each lunar event has a unique planetary configuration and thus unique transformative qualities.
This Full Moon is connecting us to the power of certainty and enlightenment. You may inhale the Scorpio Essential Oil Blend to help transcend any form of doubt.
The question of this quest
In DASH® Astrology, the Full Moon is a time of reflection, when each of the archetypes asks us a specific question to assist us on our quest. In order to see which obstacles we need to remove, each Full Moon poses a unique question for reflection, as the sun and moon are in opposition – reflecting back to each other the Light of Truth. In this particular cycle, we can access the best of us beyond any quality of duality, by asking ourselves the following question:
What keeps me from completing things?
For more insight and spiritual growth join in my Virtual Ritual to be guided through an obstacle removing meditation:
The Flower Moon wants to see us all bloom into the best version of ourselves.
The more work we do with this question during the Full Moon window, the more we will bloom into our potential. We need to step into what is possible, but we can only do it from a place of innocence. We must first assume our potential so that we can fulfill it, otherwise, we are only fooling ourselves.
This is also a time when we can begin upward momentum and move into a new environment. How? By seeing it in the now.
Certainty isn’t just about getting results, it’s about the ability to see the results now. The Material always follows the spiritual, so when we have the spiritual view, the material must follow.
Our thoughts, which are of the material realm and are often mistaken for being of the spiritual, rob us of the ability to manifest reality in our image, because we give too much power to them. If we are lucky, we get some resemblance of what we imagine, but mostly it’s just hit and miss, random like our thoughts.
Because, if we don’t get what we want within the time WE – our egos – have allotted for the manifestation, or when hardship strikes, we go right into doubt and maybe even question the divine order and God. We blame or have no faith in the future even. But when we align with the certainty of the divine, we see clearly and can shift reality, often even in the blink of an eye.
Thankfully, this is the Full Moon where the Buddha’s enlightenment will rain down on us.
This is what we all need to do on this Flower Moon – shift reality into a positive image.
A lot of people are asking me how long this pandemic and social distancing will last, and I tell them that it’s up to us. Yes, we do have cosmic opportunities and challenges, but with the power of certainty, we can enlighten the world and fast track out of our collective fate.
The duration of any suffering will reflect the amount of certitude and self-responsibility we have in our hearts.
Full Moon Aspects
Moon Quintile Jupiter
Listen to your heart to bring hidden aspects of yourself to light. Rather than running to friends and asking them what they think, really look within first and then bounce it off the second.
Moon Quintile Saturn
Lessons learned will play a big role with this Full Moon in Scorpio. Allow yourself to see where you have been and where you’re going. Stand up for your beliefs and avoid any distractions pertaining to talking about others.
North Node in Gemini
Thankfully the North Node is shifting into Gemini, allowing us to be a bit more social than we were while it was in domesticated Cancer. The thing is that evil speech got us in this mess and now we need to correct our words and not do a repeat of the past.
