With thirty years in the wellness industry and having worked with tens of thousands of people in various modalities, I find I have a deep understanding and insight into helping others change their destructive behaviors and realize a simpler and more satisfying method of dealing with issues, leading them to a healthier and happier life.

Who/What Inspires You?

Every person who has given me feedback on how they have changed, what has improved, how they have lost weight, how they handle stress, or how much happier and healthier they feel after our work together continues to inspire me.
