This recipe is anti-inflammatory, full of probiotics, fights cancer, full of antioxidants, great for wheat intolerance, boosts up our immune system and much more. And this recipe is super simple to make—-takes only 20 minutes to create and then pop in the oven. And it’s a great tasting healthy treat for your kids.

2 – Cups of Organic Sorghum – Ground into a Flour

2 – Cups of Organic Oatmeal – Ground into a Flour

15 – Oz of Organic Black Beans with Liquid – The liquid that comes with the beans is a great egg substitute — you can find cooked organic beans in paper cartons and if necessary in cans.

1 – Tablespoons of Organic Cocoa Powder

2 – Teaspoons of Organic Tahini

1 – Teaspoon of Organic Baking Powder

1 – Teaspoon of Organic Baking Soda

1 – Tablespoon of Organic Vanilla Extract

2 – Teaspoons of Organic White Vinegar

1/2 – Teaspoon of Salt

1/2 – Teaspoon of “Now” Brand Organic Stevia Powder – other brands might vary in amount.

1 – Large Ripe Organic Banana — To Add to the Brownie Mix

1 – Small Ripe Organic Apple – To Add to the Brownie Mix

1/3 – Cup of Organic Honey – To Add to the Brownie Mix

Enough Filtered Water to Make a Very Thick Batter

1/3 – Cup of Organic Honey – As Garnish

1 – Large Organic Banana – Cut Up for Garnish

Grind the sorghum and oatmeal and set aside. Then take everything else except for the garnish honey and banana and blend in a blender until smooth. Pour into a medium bowl with the flour and mix into a very thick batter… Pour into a 9×9 baking pan and bake in a preheated 425-Degree oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let cool. Cut into 12 pieces.

Garnish with a little bit of banana and honey.
