Having lived across three continents, I am an author, storyteller, poet, creator, spiritualist and humanitarian. After completing my graduate degree in finance, I devoted my time toward international affairs and humanitarian work, leading projects in the fields of education and development in marginalized areas worldwide to alleviate poverty. In June 2019, I published my debut poetry book Moonhold and I created Art of Love which is an online space dedicated to deepening our connections so that we lead more fulfilling lives. I teach and write on relationships, wellness, mysticism, and folklore.

Personal or professional goals:

I have a few projects brewing at the moment. I started writing my second book and it should be coming out by the end of the year. I am focused on expanding “Art of Love” for bigger impact and outreach. And last but definitely not least, are my humanitarian and non-profit initiatives to which I am committed and hope to grow my impact by starting my own organization.

What’s your offering to the world?

I offer my writing, creative, integrative background, and entrepreneurial skills for social good and meaningful impact. For those interested in contemporary poetry, my book is my offering – from my heart to yours. It is currently available for purchase on Amazon and some book stores. I am also preparing audio/video content including blessings and spoken word. I’ve always been involved with the creative arts and as a dancer myself, love working with fellow artists, such as singers and painters, to write for them and create together. I also collaborate with organizations for impact where I create personalized curriculums/content on various topics – focused on empowerment, self-development and creating more fulfilling relationships. In terms of my humanitarian work – I am always interested in assisting organizations to create a strategy of high impact and economic development through education and skill-building. And one of my favorite offerings is writing personalized stories for children – where I create a tale centered around the child’s “superpowers” and unique interests. Who/what inspires you?

I am inspired by people who remain kind and compassionate no matter what life has thrown at them. I am inspired by people who value loyalty, support, and unconditional love. I am inspired by people who always find it in their hearts to have the capacity to hold space for others without criticizing and judging – just holding the space and being respectful. I am inspired by nature and wildlife – there is so much to learn, so much beauty to see and it is so perfectly designed as it should where even the tiniest has its unique purpose. I am inspired by dance. Everything and everyone in life that is so unmistakably itself – whether the scent of vanilla or a person who lives their heart’s truth – is absolutely inspiring to me.

Mission:

My mission is to spread love, kindness, empathy, support, and joy so that we live in a more conscious world where we can build loving genuine fulfilling relationships. My mission is to show us all how to make the ordinary come alive, to open new perceptions and inspire people to view all through new perspectives with curiosity. This is why I started “Art of Love” – to share the stories and wisdom from around the world passed on to us by our ancestors; unveiling the beauty beyond the veil and within ourselves.
