8.00 – 8.45 Deep Rest Meditation
9.30 – 11.30 Yoga – Awakening the Spine – discovering freedom and ease of movement
12.30 – 1.30 Deep Rest Meditation
1.30 – 4.00 Meal Break , Rest & Free time
4.00 – 5.00 Creativity / Recorded Guided Walking meditation or walking in nature
5.00 – 6.30 Yoga & sharing
6.30 – 8.30 Meal break
8.30 – 9.30 Deep Rest Meditation
