Let’s Stay Above The Clouds
My client, Meredith, came into my office and sank into the chair allowing it to support more than just her body. She said, “I can’t. I just can’t handle this anymore. I do my best to always be so positive and focus on the good but this is just getting to be too much. I can’t handle the negativity and the limiting attitudes of everyone around me. You know me, I always know that there’s enough for everyone, but when everyone around me is coming from lack and fear, it has a negative effect on me.”
I responded; “I can completely relate. It has gotten to be so heavy.” I had told her that I literally just did a “poor me” video the week before because I personally couldn’t handle it. I had to perform EFT on myself and Spirit guided me to share my experience because so many others were feeling it too.
I explained, “All of the fear and negativity is affecting so many of us because we are not used to being in this space for long periods of time. It’s pulling us into those thoughts and feelings that we’re just not used to having. Before we could usually rise above it but it is truly getting harder and harder. It feels like many of us must climb out of heavy sludge daily.
But that’s exactly what we must do. We have to persevere.”
She added, “We need to fly above the clouds and allow the storm to remain below us.”
I nodded my head and screamed, “Yes! That’s exactly what we need to do!
We need to keep our frequency and vibration so high that all of the negativity will not have the same effect on us.”
I told Meredith I had been re-reading a Joe Dispenza Instagram post that he recently shared. It was the perfect inspiration for me. In fact, the timing was so divine that I thanked my Spirit Guides after reading it:
“If you could reach and sustain elevated emotional states, independent of the conditions in your external environment, you would be able to access higher intuitive states that can result in a better understanding of yourself and others, increase mental clarity, and promote better discernment.” – Joe Dispenza
I continued, “Everybody is feeling this craziness and I sense that these divisions among us are going to be here for a while. Nonetheless, I truly believe that our mission is to ascend above it all.” This time she nodded in agreement.
When she got on the table and I connected with her energy, I immediately saw what would be perceived as a silver lining around her but it was actually in gold.
I then saw this beautiful light coming out of her chest. It had sunshine Care Bear energy and I shared that with her. When I receive downloads from Spirit, I don’t always know why they show up as the images that they do. Sometimes I can misinterpret the signs, so I told her exactly as I saw it.
She then shared that when she was little, her parents would tell her that the Care Bears lived above the clouds so that she wouldn’t be so scared when they flew in planes. Apparently, this was the perfect analogy! I love how the Universe comes together.
As I was receiving these messages in our session, I understood that the message was for ALL OF US.
We must ascend and keep our frequency high so that the fear and negativity do NOT pull us in.
As many of you know this is not easy, but with perseverance, we will do this. We are the creators of our reality.
Let’s keep our emotional states elevated and connected to the experiences that we truly desire.
Let’s stay above the clouds.
I feel that consciously doing this daily will allow it to be easier and easier until this ascension becomes our new default setting and the sludge will not be able to pull us back in.

- Set daily intentions upon waking up to shift your energy and readjust as needed throughout the day.
- Perform your favorite techniques to bring you back to center daily such as:
- * Meditate/Mindfulness Practices
- * Journal
- * Exercise/Yoga
- * Use your reset button – watch here
- Perform the Ground/Protect/Cleanse Techniques that were shared last month – watch here
- Smile and say, “I’m the damn LIGHT and I got this” over and over.
