I’m a well-caffeinated Career and Life Coach. While I’m based in the San Francisco Bay Area, I help clients all over the globe find jobs they LOVE (or at least tolerate). This help comes in many forms, including Career and Life Coaching, resumes and cover letters, and interview prep and salary negotiation. Beyond coaching, I’m also a workshop facilitator, trainer and guest speaker. Topics I present on include professional development, work/life blend, self-care and mental health. Oh, I also love writing; my words have been featured on Forbes (I’m a member of their invitation-only Forbes Coaches Council), Fast Company and The Muse, among other publications.
Personal or Professional Goals:
In 2017 I quit my full-time job (FREE rent in San Francisco included) to pursue CaffeinatedKyle.com full-time. My goal was to pursue work that better blended with my life and a life that blended with my work. I bring this same goal to career and life coaching.
What’s Your Offering to the World?
I’m 25 years old AND a Career Coach; that is anything but a usual combination. I bring with me unwavering honesty, deep vulnerability, grit and cultural humility. I encourage and draw out the same from those I have the privilege of interacting with.
Who/What Inspires You?
I’m inspired by those who are willing to share their full, honest truths. It takes a lot of courage to be your authentic self. I thank those who unzip their souls and release their stories for others to read.
Mission:
My mission is simple – to help people find jobs they LOVE (or at least tolerate).
Favorite Quote:
“Life doesn’t have to be perfect to be wonderful.” – Annette Funicello
Goals:
My continued goal is to practice being present, rather than perfect. This is inspired by Shauna Niequist’s book Present Over Perfect.
