Personal or Professional Goals:

My professional goal is to make a positive impact in the world so we can shift from fear to LOVE. I believe we can do this by living true to ourselves and in alignment with what matters to us by continuously raising our level of awareness. My goal personally and professionally is to live true and teach what I have learned. To shine my light bright so others have permission to do so.

What’s Your Offering to the World?

I offer a safe space for people to REMEMBER who they are, DISCOVER what they love and declare what it means to BE TRUE to themselves. I offer a weekend immersion retreat called Authentic to the Core where participants peel back the layers of themselves and REMEMBER who they are and how to align their life.

Who/What Inspires You?

Nature and our universe inspire me because we can tap into the magic of life anytime we want. I am inspired by what I can’t see and what I know to be true but do not have words for. The people who inspire me are those who are willing to take the risk to be themselves fully without apology. The people who express themselves freely from a place of love and for those who decide to make their own rules about how to live their life.

Mission:

My mission is to create a space for all to live their truth, be present to what is possible and experience the power of living with an open and whole heart. My intention is to re-ignite the spark in our eye. The spark that has been dimmed by society over the years. To help people REMEMBER they are unique and their gifts are needed in our world.

Maya Angelou has so many amazing quotes it is difficult to choose just one. This particular one is very important to me and something I strive towards: “Do the best you can until you know better and then when you know better DO better.”

Tips to living aligned with who you are:

I think one of the things that bonds us as humans is that we all experience some kind of personal struggle in our life. Mine was grief and there was a time in my life that I got lost in it. I wrote about my experience in my book “Stand Even” because I wanted to give people hope that from unimaginable grief can come immeasurable inspiration and peace. For nearly 20 years, I have immersed myself in the study of personal development, leadership and coaching. I work as a Core Alignment Coach where I offer people a place to explore what it means to live authentically and true to the core of who they are. This is what I did to heal my heart and my hope is that I can help others heal and live an empowered life.

Here are 5 tips to living aligned with who you are:

1) Make a choice. You have a choice when you wake up each day on how you see the world and how you react to your experiences. Ask yourself – How do I want to feel today? Am I living in alignment with who I am?
2) Get Clear. The number one way to move forward in a positive way is to get clear on the life you want to create and who you want to be. Without a clear vision of what living authentically means you’ll just wander aimlessly.
3) Create support structures. We need a structure to keep us on track. For example, a structure could be as simple as meeting with a coach every month or a community of like-minded people. You have to build structures around you to keep the momentum and stay aligned with what matters to you.
4) Retrain your brain. You need to work out your brain by focusing on specific thought patterns. The same way we work on our muscles, we need to work on strengthening the new neuro-pathways we are creating. Our thoughts create our reality and we need to work on staying aligned every day.
5) Define your core. Figure out what it means to be who you are at your core because when you make decisions from an authentic place you will always be on the right path.

If I could offer you one piece of advice in your journey of aligning with your true self is to take the time to explore and reflect. Invest in yourself, take the time and give yourself the gift of clarity.
