To leave the bad and come into good is called religion. And, when on a spiritual journey, we don’t go acquiring any good thing, nor do we go changing any bad thing; we directly go for knowing what is reality. And since you are just a young student yet, there cannot be a better age to start this journey! So, wish you good-luck!

To Know the Self Is Called Spirituality.

Soul is the real Self; hence, in other words, spirituality means ‘to know the Soul’.

Once you experience the pure Soul, automatically your vision becomes pure. You can then see others too as a pure Soul (Aatma vat Sarva Bhuteshu).

Moreover, with this pure and clear vision, you are now able to see the faults of ego, pride, anger, etc. that reside within you. And whatever faults you see in the awareness of the Soul, those faults automatically go away, making you more and more pure.

This is what you gain when on the spiritual journey!!

How Should I Start My Spiritual Journey?

For spirituality, we need Gnani Purush i.e. an Aatma-Gnani (the Enlightened One). With His grace alone, can one attain spirituality.

Shrimad Rajchandra has therefore said, “Don’t search for anything else. Just find a Satpurush (Aatma-Gnani), surrender all your feelings and intentions in His lotus feet, and march ahead. Then if you don’t attain moksha, you may come to me!”

Satpurush or Aatma-Gnani is an Enlightened being who is in constant awareness of the Soul, and whose enlightened words are not to be found in scriptures nor have they come to be heard before, they are such that come directly in our experience!!! You have no go without meeting such an Enlightened being. And in case you meet such person, follow His instructions such that He is pleased.

You and I are very fortunate that today, we have amidst us a Living Aatma-Gnani who can help us complete our spiritual journey. His name is Pujya Deepakbhai!!!

Aatma-Gnani Pujya Deepakbhai Started His Spiritual Journey When He, Like You, Was A Student

Pujya Deepakbhai was a young engineering student when he started his spiritual journey. One day his elder brother took him to Gnani Purush, Ambalal Muljibhai Patel, fondly known as Param Pujya Dadashri, and asked him to take Gnan (Self-Realization) from Param Pujya Dadashri, saying that it will help him concentrate better in his studies. Little did this soft-spoken, humble and introverted young lad know that meeting this Gnani would be a major turning point in his life, transforming his life beyond imagination!!

On March 6 1971, Pujya Deepakbhai attained Self Realization from Param Pujya Dadashri. He was just seventeen years old at that time. Pujya Deepakbhai’s spiritual journey began, on receiving Self Realization from Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan.

This spiritual experience of Self Realization ignited within him a thirst for an in-depth learning and understanding of the phenomenal knowledge of Akram Vignan, the spiritual sciences propounded by Param Pujya Dadashri.

On graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering, he started his own consulting firm. Despite his involvement in worldly life, his heart would always be with Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan and he desperately yearned to understand the principles of spiritual science from him. He spent all his spare time serving the spiritual goal of Param Pujya Dadashri, which was to help the world attain salvation. With a sincere heart, he carried out every task assigned to him (seva) with utmost sincerity.

Even today, when Pujya Deepakbhai heads and guides the mission that Dadashri had initiated, he is equally sincere in serving every role he is required to play. He is not only an icon of purity and humility, but is a spiritual inspiration to everyone that meets him. Pujya Deepakbhai graces thousands of seekers around the world through his satsangs / Gnan Vidhi, and has become instrumental in bringing peace and eternal joy in the lives of many.
