This is the study of the interaction between electromagnetic fields and biological entities (living beings). We are electromagnetic creatures. Everything on the planet, including humans, has an energetic field and a frequency. EMF and EHS
Electromagnetic Field Radiation is just one of those topics that no one wants to talk about, but I think we need to. When it comes to feeling our absolute best, we are very quick to jump into all aspects of our physical reality: what we eat of course being top of the list. But sometimes we forget we are electromagnetic beings and essentially we are conductors of energy.
Distorting the body’s electromagnetic field can cause big problems in both the physical and emotional body and the guiltiest culprits are the other EMF’s all around us, 24/7. Electromagnetic Fields can cause “Electro Hyper Sensitivity” now known as EHS. We do not yet fully understand why some people are more sensitive to electromagnetic fields than others.
High Prana/life force in the body creates a stronger bioelectromagnetic field. Low Prana/life force in the body weakens the bioelectromagnetic field.
Because these frequencies work with magnetism, keeping your body with high Prana/ life force will keep EHS, Electro Hyper Sensitivity less likely. Strong healthy magnetic fields attract other strong healthy magnetic fields and weak low Prana magnetic fields attract other weak and low Prana magnetic fields.

1. Avoid
Fortunately, the effect of electromagnetic fields drops off dramatically with distance, so simply putting some distance—typically about five or six feet—between yourself and the source is usually sufficient to drastically reduce or eliminate the danger. Even 5 or six inches, can make a real difference. When reducing your exposure to EMF’s, a little is a lot.
2. Unplug
Turn off power bars at night. It’s easy, simply start the habit of turning them off at night, and back on in the morning throughout your home. Or even better, try to avoid power bars beside the bed or under your desk. When at your desk, use your laptop battery, let it run out, charge up, repeat.
3. Recalibrate
The planet Earth holds a negative ionic charge which helps recalibrate and transmute toxic positive ionic charges omitted from EMF’S. This means that the Earth itself holds the cure.
