Sinusitis comes about because of an imbalance in good bacteria in our gut. This lack of probiotics throws off our whole immune system and causes certain types of bad bacteria to take over and cause inflammation. So it’s important to eat food that will cultivate good bacteria in your digestive system.

3) Healthy Diet
We become extremely sensitive to everything when we have 30 to 50 chemicals in our food that creates havoc in our bodies. Additionally, animal products create a Trimethyl-N-Oxide toxin which can lead to disease such as sinusitis. These chemicals break down the one cell thick lining of our gut and that allows these toxic substances to cross over into the bloodstream and be attacked by our antibodies. Then, these antibodies will begin attacking similar proteins that can be found in our sinuses.
To avoid this scenario, it’s best to go with a plant-based diet and consume more organic food.
