The Healing Power of Natural Oils
Many of our lives are so busy that we never slow down to think about our health or our bodies until something begins to hurt.

The oil form of peppermint can be used to help to reduce the symptoms of PMS, headaches, sore muscles, and even sore throats. This is one of those oils that has so many great healing powers.
If taken in higher doses, it can give you more energy than your espresso in the morning can!
Lavender is one of those oils that has been known to help with so many problems.
It fights germs and has been used in many household cleaning products and air fresheners.
Lavender has many calming effects that help to slow down anxiety, lower blood pressure, and improve sleeping patterns; It even helps with digestion and headaches as well.
Many people buy incense and candles that are lavender to help calm them all times of the day.
Surprisingly, this oil has been used in a lot of bath oils, because it has moisturizing capabilities. Skin feels and looks so much softer and healthier when using sesame oil.
It has a little bit of an SPF factor too, so it can help keep skin safe in the sun. It helps to moisturize the hair as well.
One of the greatest discoveries for sesame oil is that it helps to slow down the growth of cancer cells.
Rose Oil is manufactured in Turkey and Bulgaria and has been used by aromatherapists for hundreds of years.
It helps to balance female hormones, treat PMS, improves the female libido, and helps to calm the side effects of menopause.
There are so many uses for rose oil!
It will also help to improve the look and feel of your skin.
All of these oils have great healing powers and most can be found at any of your natural food markets or Whole Foods type of grocery stores. A lot of them can be taken orally while others are only to be used on the hair and skin.
