This workshop is about breaking blocks that come from overthinking and exploring tough subjects on the page. We’ll begin with a short talk on avoidance vs. emotional resonance. There will be two prompts (come prepared to write!), and we’ll conclude with an opportunity to share writing.
This is a unique opportunity to combine mindfulness and emotional intelligence with artistic pursuits. We will write, explore and move beyond blocks.
