Summary

Reiki is an ancient energy healing system that comes from the Japanese technique for stress reduction, chakra healing, and relaxation. One healing session can be equivalent to 4 hours of sleep. Rei- meaning universal Ki- meaning Chi/Prana means life energy that flows through all living things. When we have certain blockages or traumas in our body, our Ki can get stuck and form diseases in our physical body. However, Ki is receptive to positive thoughts and feelings. Reiki healing uses positive energy to promote the healthy flow of Ki and assists in releasing blockages. It brings harmony to your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.
