– Nityda’s dual licensure as both yoga professional and mental health professional inform her wider scope of practice and experience supporting trauma survivors, that is rare to find in a trauma-informed yoga teacher trainer.
– Nityda’s energy has been described as “grounding, calm and compassionate,” while also “playful and light-hearted.” Some have said Nityda brings an “intriguing edge” (maybe it’s the tattoos!).
