Have you been sitting all Winter? It’s time to get up on your feet and dance for your life. This is a drumming and dance meditation unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.

Get your groove on. Let loose. And let’s have some fun. You’ll rev up your qi using your own body as a drum. Thump, drum, slap, tap, and clap with your healing hands to rhythmically stimulate blood flow and qi – your life force energy.

Come into the present moment and become one with the music. Let your movements conjure joy in your heart and soul. Feel the pulse of life in you, release stress, and revel in the deep pleasure of your heartbeat.

The long darkness is coming to an end, and the light is upon us. You’re alive. It’s time to celebrate it.

Diana Osberg is certified as a Yin and Restorative yoga and sound healing medicine teacher, focusing on Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians, nervous system response, anatomy, and alignment. She also teaches breathwork and acupressure massage, is a wellness and mindfulness coach, and is founder of Inner Story Retreats.

Diana Osberg is certified as a soundbath practitioner and a Yin and Restorative yoga and sound healing medicine teacher, focusing on Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians, nervous system response, anatomy, and alignment. She is trained in Sudarshan Kriya breathwork and teaches mindful breathing, meditation, body tapping, and acupressure massage, is a wellness and mindfulness coach, provides corporate wellness programs, and is founder of Inner Story Retreats. Diana originated the dance style Qi Beats and Body Drumming, based on the practice of Qigong. In addition to teaching classes for Inner Story Retreats, she teaches for Bindupoint Center for Presence and Liberate Yourself.
