Workouts for your Mind Body + Soullll

Join Lauryn + Sarah to ease into your new year fitness goals–one step at a time!

We will start will a short meditation to get the mind centered and support that mind muscle connection. From there Lauryn will guide you through a beginner friendly 30 minute workout to get your muscles engaged and strengthened. Finally, Sarah will close it out with some relaxing (and also beginner friendly) yoga.

Supplies needed:
-you + your beautiful bod
-yoga mat
-water
-throw blanket (totally optional but highly encouraged for that cozy life)
