This workshop will teach you the sacred practice of mantra and how it can help bring healing, transformation and peace into your life. We will cover what mantra is, how to start a Japa meditation practice and learn sanskrit mantra chants to connect you to the universal energy.
This is a Bhakti (Devotional) Yoga practice. No yoga mat needed. A pen + journal is recommended.
