Summary

When we resist emerging life changes, we push away our own transformation. Learning about our soul’s growth will help us navigate life with more grace and ease. Tonight, four wellness experts, including three bestselling authors guide us on how to understand change as a growth tool, and release stress, anxiety, and worry that keep us from moving forward. Each teacher will give a presentation on helping us restore faith in ourselves; activate our passion for life; learn to use earth rituals to feel more centered and connected; and bring positive change into our lives.

Part 1: Embrace Where You Are:
Emma Loewe will kick off the evening with inspiration from her book, The Spirit Almanac: A Modern Guide To Ancient Self-Care, and discuss the significance of the seasonal moment in time halfway between the fall equinox and winter solstice, approaching a full moon. She’ll then lead the group through a writing and drawing ritual that taps into the fall energy and equip participants to head into winter feeling strong, secure, and warmed from within.

Part 2: Activate Your True Power Within Life:
In the balancing act of holding on and letting go, in order to get what we want we must release what is no longer working. This can be difficult if we don’t have confidence in where we are going. Shannon Kaiser is adept at removing barriers that hold you back. In this session, she will guide you on how to trust and believe in yourself by learning how to activate your intuition. Using tools, stories, meditations and journal prompts, you’ll discover an unshakable inner peace. When you are aligned with your true self, your decisions are effortless, your life flows and you feel connected to yourself, the world and source energy.

Part 3: Elevate Your Spirit Understanding:
In this third part, you will align with your true self. We’ll explore all the ways the unexpected upsets of life can be a wonderful stroke of luck! Through Dr. Nuur’s visualization and meditation process, you’ll have the opportunity to face a deep fear, learn how to find the spiritual significance and blessings of seeming catastrophes, and learn how to approach life so you’re ready for everything and attached to nothing! Learn the laws of destruction and creation and how they influence our thought patterns and approach to life. You’ll be introduced to metaphysical tools you can practice on your own, and there will be a partnered exercise to help you break through inflexible internal barriers so you’re better able to go with the flow (even if you’re a control freak!).

Part 4: The Being:
Amy Leigh Mercree will close the workshop with a Hecate Cerridwyn Goddess Transformation Ritual to connect with your divine feminine essence (regardless of gender) using essential oils, a visualization exercise, and gentle movement. Get clarity through a guided meditation, inspired by Amy’s signature teaching, to connect you with your spirit guides. Open your heart with intention and yoga nidra techniques. Finish with an alignment healing movement to release tension in the body, accompanied by a custom essential oil blend to activate your sacred feminine nature.
