Hanan is a 500 E-RYT certified yoga instructor with more than 2,000 teaching hours. She is dedicated to integrating meditation, asana, and biblical truth to the practice of yoga to balance the mind, body and spirit.
Hanan stumbled into an Ashtanga yoga class in 2006 and was hooked by both the physical and mental challenge. Since then, she has come to also love the moving meditation of Vinyasa Flow as well as the healing aspects of Myofascial & Trigger Point Release Techniques and Thai Yoga Bodywork.
