With the backdrop of the Mediterranean, and the “live for today” hospitality of Croatia’s Dubrovnik and its people, we’re inviting you to join our tribe! Each day will consist of a mindful yoga practice (we are offering gentle and more vigorous options!) to open the body, and a settling meditation experience to soothe the mind. In-between, we’re inviting you to build community and Self through self care sessions and workshops, where deep healing can release emotional and physical blockages for a renewed mind, body, and soul. Likewise, we’re delighted to offer Writing workshops to co-create healthy, inspiring, and creative routines for expression and journaling. And no Dubrovnik getaway would be complete without taking in the sights of this Croatian gem. We’ll be taking excursions into the Old City, walking the ancient walls of the fortress high above the Mediterranean, as well as sinking into the laidback vibes that only the cobblestone street of Stradun can offer. Sail to the many small, intimate islands surrounding Dubrovnik. If there is any way to truly embrace the beauty of this place, it is by boat; and we can’t wait for you to see it all!
Our accommodations will be at the luxurious Hotel Kazbek, located less than 3 miles from the heart of the city. Each Double Room is uniquely decorated to provide an authentic feel for your stay, blending comfort with convenience and style. Enjoy a nourishing morning brunch and an evening vegetarian buffet influenced by foods of the region. As you explore the varied amenities of the Hotel – such as the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, or library – we invite you to settle in and give yourself the time, space, and attention you deserve. Our time spent together in practice will honor this personal attention, all the while building connection and friendship that we hope last well beyond this retreat.
Retreat Pricing is inclusive of all accommodations, breakfast and dinners, classes, workshops, and excursions. Excluded are airfare, transportation to the hotel, alcoholic beverages, and all items of a personal nature.
Imagine yourself looking out into the bluest waters you’ve ever seen, with the red-shingled roofs of centuries-old houses reflecting in the Mediterranean; Imagine hearing the vicarious chirping of swallows, as they zoom and twist between the fortress walls of the Old City, which stands proud, tall, and with so many stories to tell; Amid the sounds, smells, and sights, a billowing sail opens up on the crisp, open Sea, and you find yourself miles away from shore, riding the gentle waves of your perfect getaway.
Our retreat takes place in the mesmerizing city of Dubrovnik, in the heart of Croatia’s coastline. For a full week, we’re heartily inviting you to join a different kind of retreat, intentionally centered on self-empowerment, self-care, and community. We’ve specifically designed this retreat to honor the woman in us – our inner goddess who works hard to take care of everyone else around her. We think it’s time that someone took care of her.
