Join Molly to deepen your mantra practice and learn to incorporate it onto your mat.
This workshop will teach you how to find your voice with SARGAM (Indian Scales), learn connections to the mantra through stories, provide more Sanskrit chants, and end with how to incorporate mantra into an asana (physical) yoga practice which will include how to integrate these practices into your classes for yoga teachers.
This class can be used for continuing education for Yoga Teachers. Mat is needed. A pen + journal is recommended.
We will go deeper into the mantra practice and learn several chants plus their meanings. We will also explore how to incorporate this into our asana practice. Teachers will learn how to use mantra effectively in their classes too.
