Best-selling self-discovery author Guy Finley will present a series of three talks on how to “Break Through the Barrier of Any Pain That Seems Too Great to Bear” on Friday, December 9 at 7:00pm (PT); Saturday, December 10 at 11:00am (PT); and Sunday, December 11 at 9:30am (PT).
For those who prefer to attend remotely, the three talks will be livestreamed FOR FREE. A
downloadable replay package of the weekend talks will be available for $24.95 in the event you cannot make the time for any of the talks or simply wish to revisit the talks.
The talks will be held at the nonprofit Life of Learning Foundation in Merlin as part of their annual Spirit of the Holidays event. Each talk is different, and will be followed by a lively Q & A session. Cost to attend the entire series IN PERSON is $49, which includes a Holiday feast with all the trimmings and all the replays and downloadable MP3 and MP4 files of the talks, which will be recorded.
During his talks Finley will introduce the shocking fact that the fundamental barrier to
rebirth is our failure to understand human pain, its meaning for us, and what we can do
that changes our relationship to it. He will go on to reveal the unthinkable truth that
negativity is not inherent in suffering. It is our resistance to the appearance of suffering
that makes it a negative experience. Realizing the truth of this is the first step to proving
to ourselves that all forms of psychological pain are optional.
Either way, viritually or in person, hope to see you there…
Guy Finley helps us understand how to consciously use pain instead being the useless unwitting instrument of it. How rare is it to actually understand that we always have a choice as to whether or not we suffer.
